Hello everyone this is MDTech here for another tutorialtoday is very importing an historic dayJuly 29th 2015, the date in which Microsoft has released Windows 10 for freefor Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and Windows 8. 1 users8. 1 users so it's very exciting daynow it's released to the public we can download and install it on our computersand this tutorial I'll be showing the most efficient wayof upgrading your computer to Windows 10 or to use a DVD or USB deviceto install Windows 10 on another computerso it's very simple.  I am going to put the link in description this leads to an officialMicrosoft web page hereBefore we begin it gives you a couple tips.  Definitely recommends you have a blank USBor DVD with at-least four gigabytes of spaceremember we are downloading an entire operating system ontoour removable media device so it's important has plenty of spaceyou also want to read the system requirementsso I would highly recommend reading that as well because it might determine if youreven eligible to run Windows 10.  And if you are installing the operating system forthe first time you needyour Windows product key.  Again visit the"Frequently Asked Questions" page andnow at the bottom, what we have all been waiting for, we see a 32-bit and 64-bit versiondownload options here.  Now it's important to select the correctone for whichever computer you're installing Windows 10 onSo if you are doing an upgrade over, lets say, our existing computer here we can just go onthe start buttonand right click on "Computer" and go to propertiesand it will tell us that we are using a 32-bit operating system right now under"System type"and most people will be running a 64-bit operating systemif your computer has been manufactured over the last, I would say six or seven years. however we're in a virtual machine so most virtual machines are 32-bit. But we are just going to do 32-bitbecause that is what we are currently on right now.  And we see we have a media creation toolthat is a name of what we're downloadingand we could either save it to desktop or we could just run it right nowand since it is not that big I am just going to click on "Run".  If you get a User Account Control pop-upselect yes now it just takes a moment forthe installer to initiate so just be patientWhen I ran this couple minutes ago just to try it outit did take about 30 to 45 seconds to loadand here we go we get Windows 10 setup and it says "What do you wanna do?"Do you want to upgrade this PC now or do you want to create aninstallation media for another PC.  If you want to upgrade this PC nowI'll have a link in description of this video for that.  Since this pretty muchgoing to follow the same process as another video I made two days agoupgrading to Windows 10.  But just for this video we are going to create an installation media foranother PCWe are going to click on "Next"So under language, you want to select the right language here. Edition.  Now it's very important you select the right edition for what you areeligible to have the general rule of thumb is if you're running Windows 7 Home Premiumor Windows 8 or Basic you are going to upgrade to Windows 10 Home. If you're running Windows 7 or Windows 8 ProfessionalOr Windows 7 Ultimate Edition you can upgrade to the pro versionnow I will put a link in the description for the specific crosswalksof upgrading to Windows 10 so that should help everybody out a little bitand again the architecture make sure we slight either 32-bit or 64-bit dependingon what we are installingdepending on the hardware capabilitiesbut just a better rule of thumb is to go under system properties in to see what versionof Windows you are running. So we are going to select 32-bit and click on "Next"this is where we're going to create are USB flash driveinstallation or we're gonna create our DVD installation fileswe are not going to go much further than this you just follow the on-screeninstructions that are pretty much walk you through how to createyour Windows 10 media setup.  So I hope this video helped you out guysplease like, comment and subscribeand I will talk to you later.
